SUBJECT: NOISE BYLAW

Dear James & Pauline:

As a summertime resident of Town Neck for over 25 years I read the April 2, 2010 letter to the editor in disbelief. I have been at 66 Town Neck Rd. for 20 years along with Tupper Avenue for two. My kids have grown up summering on Town Neck and I myself grew up summering on Freeman Avenue. Never have I thought that we needed a NOISE BYLAW.

I would love to know the couple's name and address that is intiating this petition article for the town meeting. The events, scenarios, bullying that they have participated in is disgusting and a disgrace. Obviously they will NEVER be happy.

As we all know Town Neck is a highly concentrated but equally beautiful piece of town that is comprised of mostly 5,000 sq. ft. lots. The complainers should have realized this when they purchased 11 years ago.

If I can lend my support in anyway please let me know.
